Billing Policy

Review the product prices, delivery fee and total shown at checkout before you confirm an order. Charges are displayed in Ghana cedis (GH₵).

Payments

Depending on the available checkout options, payment may be processed through Paystack or with an eligible GRENGo credit balance. A verification code may be required when paying with credit.

Cancellations and refunds

If an eligible paid order is cancelled, choose from the refund options shown in the app. Refunds to the original payment method may take up to 10 business days. GRENGo credit can be used toward a later order; cash withdrawals from credit are not available yet. Follow progress in the Refunds tab or contact support with your order number if you need help.

Incorrect charges

Contact support with the order reference and transaction details if you believe you were charged incorrectly. Do not share your verification codes with anyone.
