Orders and availability

Product listings, stock and shop availability can change. Check the item details, delivery location, total and payment choice before confirming. Estimated delivery times are estimates and may change with distance, traffic and order preparation.

Accounts and security

Keep your verification codes private. Activity made through your account should be reported to support if you do not recognise it. Accounts involved in fraud or misuse may be restricted.

Cancellations

Eligible cancellations can result in a refund or GRENGo credit, depending on the option offered during cancellation. You can check the order and refund status in your account.
