Delete your GRENGo account
You can delete your GRENGo customer account from the app or website. When deletion is available, your profile is removed and you are signed out. If you have an active order or a linked vendor or rider account, contact support so we can close it safely.
Delete while signed in
- Open GRENGo and sign in.
- Go to Account → Settings → Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Request deletion without signing in
If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] with the phone number or email used for your GRENGo account. We will verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request. Do not send a login code or password.
Deleting an eligible customer account removes its profile, login sessions and support conversations. Records of completed transactions may be kept where required by law. Read our Privacy Policy for how your data is used.
